    It is for Windows XP and is not for Windows 95, 98, or ME. You can download it from here and here.

    Did that come with service pack 2 or is it only a seperate download?

    For some reason, i keep gettin an error sayin that the software has not passed the Windows Logo test or somethin like that. It doesnt install for some reason. Maybe i need to have XP Service Pack 2 (since i just have reg. XP) Anyone knows whats going on?

    It is a new version and was just released. It did not come as part of XP SP2.

    Ignore the logo testing warning.
