when i try to play my onlie music i geta pop up frm the programme telling me to close the programme.

it dosent happen all the time it happens in different time periods, sometimes i can play all the music that i want toehr i cant play a single track.

these are the error msgs that i get on the pop-up:

Windows Media Player has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    Error signature
    AppName: wmplayer.exe AppVer: 9.0.0.2980 ModName: wininet.dll
    ModVer: 6.0.2800.1405 Offset: 00063308

then i get aload of code sort of thing with modules, but i cant copy it.

can ne 1 tell me what to do.

i have looked to delete the wmp version 8 but i cant find out how to, we have got version 9 installed.
different people on the pc can play at all times whilst others cant.

    thanks
