windows media player error

    hey, every time i try opening windows media player, it just makes that piano key sound and nothing happens.
    anyone know what the problem is?

    Reinstall WMP,open My Computer/program files/Windows Media Player and look for either a folder named Installer or an icon that looks like an open box with a page behind it named mpsetupxp.That is the Windows Media Player Installer.
