For some reason my IAMAPP.EXE file is corrupt and will not allow internet access on my media player. How do I re-install just this file?

IAMAPP.EXE is Norton Personal Firewall (or a component thereof) so I'd look at disabling/reinstalling this first.

It might also be a good idea to run an online virus scan

You could also post your StartUpList here for us to examine,
to see if we can detect any spyware/parasiteware/trojans and, if any are found, provide you with the necessary removal instructions.
