Have not been able to get Windows Media Player 7 to run in Win2k. It appeared to install OK, but when I attempt to run it I get the following message:

    Setup_wm.exe Entry point not found

The procedure entry point GetUserGeoID could not be located in the dynamic link library Kernel32.dll

What is going on here and how can it be fixed? After spending some time reinstalling and retrying to run it I gave up and installed QuickTime Player, but the free version is somewhat limited. :(
