I tried playing Music on my pc yesterday but wound not play, it keeps given me a message like this.......

The license cannot be downloaded because your Web browser is not supported.

To download a license, you must install Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 or later, Netscape Navigator 4.08 or later, or Netscape Communicator 4.5 or later.

To install the latest version of Internet Explorer, see the Windows Update page.

Pls can someone tell me how i can solve this problem......

Also my OS is Vista Home Premium

    Hi, follow these steps:

    1. Start Internet Explorer.
    2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
    3. On the Advanced tab, click Reset.
    4. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset to confirm.

Now try playing music and update us.

    Follow the below instructions Carefully:
    1. Download HiJackThis from the link in my signature
    2. Run a Scan.
    3. Save a Logfile(On your Desktop)
    4. DO NOT FIX ANYTHING BY YOURSELF.
(Fixing Anything Might cause Unwanted System Instability,BSOD's and Even Render your System Unusable)
5.Copy and Paste all the contents
    6. Paste them in the reply Window

As far as my experience is concerned,
I dont see anything weird in your log.
Wait until some of the experts see you and your problem.

The problem could be related to WMP, so consider reinstalling WMP 11(Windows Media Player 11)
Download the setup from Microsoft's website

I'm no expert, but can't you just stop WMP from searching for the licenses? Tools Menu -> Options -> Privacy tab ->

Uncheck the first three -> Display media info from the internet -> Update music files info from the internet -> Download usage rights

On the Player tab uncheck -> connect to the internet
