windows media problems

online when i try to listen to sirius radio and when i go to yahoo and try to watch music videos.. it says "connecting" then nothing happens and when i click anywhere in the window it freezes down

anyone help ?

i basically get the problem when im "streaming" videos/audio

it just like freezes and wont work..
i updated windows media player and that didnt help

its like weird because it acts like it will work then bam it freezes
