I can't really give much more info since I have no way of booting up. After the initial instalation process and first restart, windows don't want to boot up due to a critical error with tcpip.sys drivers. I'm installing from a USB drive and running startup repair can't diagnose the problem.

What can I do? Cmd is accessable
