I have a new laptop I want to be able to hook up to my network. I run an NT server. Laptop runs XP Pro. It is a wired network using a hub. How do I set up the server to recognize the Laptop? How do I get the Laptop to recognize the network?

Thanks for any assistance.

The post is fine here. And if need be, the post can be moved to the other forum. It does not need to be deleted and reposted.

Is your NT box a PDC?

The NT server is a desktop running service pack 3. It serves 7 computers( two other laptops) all running Win98SE.
