Hi, It's a form of new Microsoft antivirus and antispyware protection, still in Beta I think...the service will be a pay-for one later if it is not now...but, I don't see any info on what it might cost. You have to have XP Home with SP2 at least to qualify to try it.
See the requirements etc
You also have to uninstall your present firewall and antivirus programs.
