    Hi there,

I'm having a problem after reinstalling Windows Vista Business getting it to activate. I have a genuine license key and it is the correct one for the PC. I click to activate and it asks me to change the product key in because there isn't one in there. I put in the license key and click next and it throws back this error. Error Code 0xC004E003

Please could have some help urgently. Don't know where to go with this :(

    tia.

I think you are going to have to click on the 'call MS option'......I've had to do that a few times, and it's relatively painless. Takes about 8 minutes or so.

    thanks,

Thanks for your reply. I phoned them and the problem is I was using a temporary product key. I had to grab is with ProduKey because the OEM sticker is slightly worn and I cannot see the whole license number. I still cannot activate though as I need a way to find out the license number on the sticker
