Windows Security Alert + others errors!

    Hi I am experiencing pop ups of windows security alerts every few mins and a lot of my programs like task manager, clock, securty settings have been restricted from admission and i have no access to them. also my internet explorer's home page cannot be changed and is always on google.com and the ie has a lot of pop up advertisments that i never had before. here is the HJT log :

    the control panel also doesn't work and i'm afraid that this can be serious. any help please? thanks in advance

    my controls such as time, task manager and control panels are still all restricted and still getting the pop ups can someone please help?
