    Hi,

I had a spyware on my PC, NewDotNet, and I removed it by simply deleting the files and registry entries. Now when I start the Windows - WinXP with SP1 - I get this message: "Windows socket initialization failure" and my internet connection as well as local network is gone.

I understood that NewDotNet has installed a Winsock layered service provider (LSP) in my system. Deleting it's DLLs made my sockets failing to initialize.

    How can I fix this?

    Thank you.
