You have malware on the system:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {000006B1-19B5-414A-849F-2A3C64AE6939} - C:\WINNT\bi.dll
O2 - BHO: NavErrRedir Class - {5D60FF48-95BE-4956-B4C6-6BB168A70310} - C:\PROGRA~1\INCRED~1\BHO\INCFIN~1.DLL (file missing)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {9C691A33-7DDA-4C2F-BE4C-C176083F35CF} - C:\WINNT\Downloaded Program Files\bridge.dll
O16 - DPF: {9C691A33-7DDA-4C2F-BE4C-C176083F35CF} (brdg Class) - http://www2.flingstone.com/cab/2000...e/bridge-c2.cab
O4 - Startup: PalNetaware.lnk = C:\RECYCLER\NPROTECT\00029632.EXE

You will need to run Lavasoft Ad-Aware, Spybot S&D and CWShredder. They should be able to weed out the files.

Freeserve huh? I used to have that in UK.

The BHO that I listed might take care of that problem. But I would suggest running those programs I listed. It should take care of that also.

i have no clue whats this in aid of and ive done a adware scan and the shredder one and also spybot one and still its their when i load up, i might say their was like 3 files that spybot would not delete for some reason and it said if i delete them then it might cause other things to not work.

O4 - Startup: PalNetaware.lnk = C:\RECYCLER\NPROTECT\00029632.EXE

There's your problem.

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {000006B1-19B5-414A-849F-2A3C64AE6939} - C:\WINNT\bi.dll
O2 - BHO: NavErrRedir Class - {5D60FF48-95BE-4956-B4C6-6BB168A70310} - C:\PROGRA~1\INCRED~1\BHO\INCFIN~1.DLL (file missing)

Also problems. Which files were you not allowed to delete?

I just realised that you have already posted this. You need to stay with the original thread, that way people wanting to post would know what you have been doing.

I've merged your two threads.

These need to be fixed also:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SAHBundle] C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\bundle.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ONFIGC] C:\WINNT\system32\ONFIGC.exe

Run Hijack This again and put a check by those and the ones that Tidas pointed out. Close all windows except HijackThis and click "Fix checked"

Restart to safe mode.

How to start your computer in safe mode

First in safe mode click on My Computer then click Tools > Folder Options. In Folder options click on the View tab. Under Files and Folders tick "Show hidden files and folders" then uncheck "Hide file extensions for known file types" and uncheck "Hide protected operating system files (recommended)". Now click "Like current folder" then "Apply" and "OK"

Now find and delete:

The C:\WINNT\system32\ONFIGC.exe file

Also in safe mode navigate to the C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp folder. Open the Temp folder and go to Edit > Select All then Edit > Delete to delete the entire contents of the Temp folder.

Also empty the Norton Protected files from the Recycle Bin.
