Windows temp folder

    I have found 54.7mb stored in my windows temp folder is it safe to delete any of this? also in windows java packages there are 8 zip files what are they for should i unzip them if yes to where ? thanks for any help [email protected]

    You can safely delete the files in your Windows\temp folder. Not sure about the others...

    You can delete the entire contents of your Windows\Temp folder, but you should leave the cab files in Windows\Java alone.

    They're not meant to be unzipped by the user, but they're needed by Windows, which knows exactly what to do with them, I suppose.
