Windows update and Troubleshooting problem

    Since I have Reinstalled Windows 7 I have been unable to use Windows update and Troubleshoot.
    Windows could not search for New Updates - Code 80080005

    When I try to troubleshoot to fix Windows Update it says An unexpected error has occurred.The Troubleshooting wizard can't continue.
