    Check and post
TSG System Information Utility - found here.
    http://library.techguy.org/wiki/TSG_Valuable_links
    ------
    Download Security Check by screen317
    http://screen317.spywareinfoforum.org/
    Save it to your Desktop.

Right click and select "Run as Administrator"
A command Prompt window will open.
Let it scan the Pc - press any key when asked.
It should now open in Notepad - and will save a log called checkup.txt.
Post the result of the scan here.

    Download - Automatic troubleshooter.

I couldn't upload the automatic trouble shooter. I think I did that before and got nothing I believe. I enabled the UAC and couldn't get on the internet. I will try this fix later when I have more time. I don't have any malware or spyware McFee scans once a week.

Turning on UAC should not stop you accessing the internet.
Download and run MalwareBytes and SuperAntiSpyware - they are likely to find more than McAfee will.
Once you have run the scans - post the logfiles here.
