I'm experiencing what I assume is a newer form of malware; I have a file:
    Windows-Update-KB342145-x86-ENU.exe (the KB# changes occasionally)
that keeps reappearing in my Temp folder. Every little while (30-60 minutes) I get the UAC pop-up that the file is trying to execute, and giving me the option to run or block it. I've tried Avast and McAfee anti-viruses, and MalwareBites anti-malware, but they haven't had any success in getting rid of it for good. If I delete it, it comes back again minutes later.

Any ideas, or next steps (HJT logs etc.)?

    Thank you,

    Ryan
