Sure let me know when finished. Then perform the following steps:
Step 1:
1. Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
2. When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
3. When command prompt opens, copy and paste each the following commands 1 & 2 press enter after each one
1. sfc /scannow
Wait for this to finish before you continue
2. copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log > %userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt
This will create a file, cbs.txt on your Desktop. Please attach this to your next post.
This computer updated after the avast uninstall? It looks like there are still corruptions in the CheckSUR.log. Although It usually doesn’t prevent updates so if it worked no need to cleanup unless you prefer.
Hold off on any Office 2010 updates.
I just saw this today
After updating Outlook 2010 to the November 2018 Public Update KB 4461529 Outlook crashes or closes suddenly on start up. The issue only affects 64-bit installations of Outlook 2010.

I sure hope you're feeling better now.
Yes, I'm almost to the point of just forgetting it. All my computers are having the same issue again. Feels like a tactic to make people upgrade to Win 10.
I'll be a bit busy the next few days, will try to follow-through when I get the chance.
Thank you!
Thank you, yes I am doing better. I understand, I am busy over the holidays as well. Let me know when you want to try to work on this and I will see what I can do. Merry Christmas
Hi there,
If you're up for it, I could start working on this again.
Thanks.
