    Hi drumdude

    Try this method

    Follow the methods listed below:

Method 1: Open the Windows Update troubleshooter

Run the Windows Update troubleshooter to fix the issue. It makes sure that your computer is connected to the Internet, and checks to see whether your network adapter and Windows Update services are running correctly.

Method 2: Restart the Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS)

    Follow these steps:

    1. Click “Start”.
    2. Type “services.msc” in the “Start” search box and “Enter.”
    3. Right-click the “Background Intelligent Transfer Service” service and click “Stop” to stop the service.
    4. Right-click the service and click “Start” to start the service.
    5. Double-click the service.
    6. Under the “Startup type” drop-down, select “Automatic”.
    7. Click “Apply” and “OK”.
