A buddy of mine is trying to update his new Lenovo ThinkPad laptop. It downloads the update, then restarts normally to attempt to install the updates. Once the system restarts, it boots to the update screen and attempts to configure the updates for the OS. Once it gets to about 15%, it says the the update failed to install, then reverts to the original configuration. It does this twice, then finally boots straight to the normal OS and allows log-in. Any reason as to why it may do this?
