There is a certain Windows Update concerning Outlook Express 6 that I can't seem to make disappear. I download the update and it seems to install (but very fast). When I go back to Windows Update, it's still there, like it never installed. Why ?

    Thanks

Go back into windows update and have a look at your update history and see what it says. Some of these new updates appear not to be installing easily.

Try logging on as an administrator to do the downloads,if it works, then your problem is that your user account needs to be given administrative access

I checked the history many times. It says that I installed the Update.
