Windows Vista and XP Dual Boot

    little problem well big
    just happened five minutes ago i just uninstalled linux and loaded the MBR from Linux back to XP and deleted all the partitions required for that. I needed to install a piece of software that only works in XP so i created two partitions from my Vista partition for the XP

    installed XP booted from cd bla bla installed without any errors BUT
    i cant get into Vista anymore i checked the system boot settings and it only says XP and its deleted Vista is there a way of me getting that back.
    any help cant you edit the boot settings etc?
