    Hi,

I have my computer running on XP (wireless) and another (the host hooked up to the Modem) running on Vista. However, my XP computer used to work through wireless internet at my old place, when both computers ran on XP, but now it won't work. How do I share Vista connections with my XP connection? Also, when my XP computer boots, it says it recieves wireless systems around, the signal is weak, but it doesn't say anything about my Vista connection.

    Thanks

What is the brand and model of your modem? For both PCs please show ...

Start, Run, CMD, OK to open a command prompt:
(For Vista type CMD in the Search box after Start)

    Type the following command:

    IPCONFIG /ALL

[Note that there is no space between the slash and ALL.]

Right click in the command window and choose Select All, then hit Enter.
Paste the results in a message here.

If necessary use a text file and removable media to copy the results to a computer with internet access.
