Hello,

Thank you for this forum!!

The problem that I am having is this:

I downloaded the Google Chrome so that I could operate the Google Video Chat. I got it to work so that I could be seen, but I could not see anything. So I went to Adobe Chat for help and the tech told me to download Adobe Flash Player 10.1 Beta 3.
Before downloading that, I was prompted to download an update for Windows Vista ( my operating system) - Service Pack 2. So I did the update, uninstalled the Adobe Flash Player that I had on the computer, and installed the Adobe Flash Player 10.1 Beta 3.
I went to restart my computer, so that the updates could finish loading and my computer would not reboot. Instead, it only allows for the "Launch to Attempt System Restore" or "Start Normally" options.

I attempted the "Launch To Attempt System Restore" and it did something for hours without ever rebooting. I don't know what to do now. Can you guys help?
