windows will not start

    turn my laptop on this morning and wouldn't start windows

    received error message: windows failled to load because a critical system driver is missing, or corrupt.

    file\windows\system32,drivers\Ntfs.sys


    status: Oxcoooooof

    i attemmed to reload the instalation disc and it just goes to the same error screen, tried any modes safe etc and same just the error screen
