Windows wont communicate with my wireless card. Under device manager it says device is installed and working properly and the driver is installed but local area network connections wont show up under control panel. So i changed the PCI slot it was in, I tried everyone, didn't work. I tried rolling back the driver, tried updating driver from cd, tried uninstalling and reinstalling nothing worked Didn't work, tried the other wireless card i have (they came in pairs of two, this one had never been opened) still same problem....

Did you try the network connection wizard(xp) in control panel?
