    Hi

I am trying to reformat my windows and I keep getting error at 14% and says "Undoing CHanges"

So When I login into my computer, I get this error for one Drive. I have tried to uninstall also but settings won't open. Waited like 1 hour and "Apps and Features" would not open.

So Then I thought let's try installing one drive and it will overlap the previous settings. It opens but says uninstall previous version of one drive.

Error appearing is atatched. Would appreciate if anyone can please help

    TIA

    Regards

Thankyou so much .The error is now gone. However my windows is not resetting even after this. Goes to 14% and then undoing changes . Goes back to where it was. Any recommendation?

    You're welcome.

If you do nothing can you still get to the desktop and use windows ? If so what exactly are you doing to begin the 'resetting' ?
