Windows XP 2002? - Windows XP 2003?

What is the difference between Windows XP 2002, and 2003? Someone told me it had to do with the service packs, is that correct?

How can you tell what version you have?

Windows XP is Windows XP, Version 2002

Windows 2003 is Windows Server 2003.

There is no Windows XP 2003. Not service pack related, its 2 separate products.
