Solved Windows XP backup?

I have Windows XP SP2.
Doesn't this new latest and greatest version have a Windows backup?
I can't find one.
I think it should be under AllPrograms/Accessories/System tools - but it isn't there.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
If I knew the file name, I could do a search.... but I don't even know that.

It is not installed by default with the Home Edition . . You can install it off the XP installation disc . . http://www.theeldergeek.com/backup_for_xp_home_edition.htm
