Okay, so I'm new around here and tech stuff just doesn't agree with me.
So, I have windows XP and when I open the computer it just goes through it's normal start up and then it goes to the blue page thing that shows you the multiple accounts if you have two or more which I don't, I was jsut trying to make it more clearer ==
anyway, it doesn't have genuine windows, ever since we had a virus and got it removed it's been non genuine.

It tells me to click either resolve now or resolve later, in previous times I have pressed resolve now but it never lets me download the thing I need to it just doesn't even show up so I've stuck with resolve later. Well, now it doesn't matter any more, whether I press resolve now or later the screen then goes black, has the start up music and shows the cursor but that's all. I can't get further than that :(

what do I do?!
