We have had problems with the about:blank virus so was trying to correct this and downloaded a free trial of Panda anti-virus. When I tried to reboot, now Windows will come up but it just sits there. I am pretty sure that I just have to many programs downloaded (should have deleted Norton first) so it is probably a memory overload. But no matter how long I wait (even let the computer sit overnight) Windows will not boot up completely so I can't delete Panda or Norton. Can't do anything... Is there a way that I can delete one of these programs using recovery console? I tried booting in Safe Mode but it still does the same thing.
