WHY DOES MY NEW PC WITH WINDOWS XP KEEP CRASHING?
On average about 3 times a day my pc crashes & then re-boots.When pc has re-booted i have the message :The system has recovered from a serious fault.I am then given the option to view error report contents which then gives the error signiture-
    BCCode :a BCP1 : 00040016 BCP2 : 00000002 BCP3 0000000
    BCP4 : 804EBA3A OSVer :5_1_2600 sp :0_0 Product : 768_1

It also says that the following files will be included in a error report :- C:\WINDOWS\Minidump
    C:\DOCUME~1\JAMESH~1\LOCALS~1\TEMP\WER1.tmpdir00\sysdata.xml
