I went to an astronomy site to see the pictures of blue Saturn and picked up PAGEONLINE. To get rid of it I restored to a late Jan restore. I like to play a dos version of Civilization and now I can't. I get this message. "The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications." I have tried other restores and the same thing happens.
    Help please.

If you are getting errors similar to:
The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.

Try copying the file from \windows\repair directory to the one that is in the \windows\system32 directory.

You can also expand the files from your source directory as well into that same directory.
