    Folks:

I receive an email with an attachment (Excel spreadsheet, approx 3M in size) that arrives on daily basis.
Is it any easy way of automatically moving/copying this attachment file to a designated (shared) directory on PC?

Action based on either arriving of the file in my email (preferred) or calendar (e.g. every morning at 10am).

    Thanks,

If you are using Outlook in conjunction with Exchange Server this could be accomplished by setting up a public folder and configuring a rule to send it to that folder.

The only way would be to set up remote access.
    FTP, VPN, Terminal Services.

FTP would probably be the easiest for you.
