    Toshiba Laptop Equium L10-300
    Operating on Windows XP
Trying to load 3connect broadband dongle using a USB Port
Install Wizard lets me through all the start up
Block Then appears with "The Route Manager is already installed"
I click on OK to acknowledge the message
Wizard finished installing set up to then a Blue Screen shows
on the screen far too fast to read , and then re-starts the laptop

Can anyone advise how I can read the error message on the blue screen ?

    Thank You Neil

    Hi try.
    Start button>Control Panel>System.
    Click on Advanced .
    Under the Startup and Recovery.
    Click Settings.
    Under System Failure.
    Un-check Automatically restart.

Restart Pc and the blue screen will be there>make a note
    and post error message.

If no joy and you can access the net another way.
    Download BlueScreenView
    http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html

Download link at the bottom of the page.
Download>and post the last 4 minidump from the scan.
