Hello, I set up a computer running Windows XP Pro as VPN server with PPTP. Basically I want to connect my work computer to my home network so I'm able to share files or do remote desktop without needing special software on my home computer. I am able to establish the connection but I don't see my home local network. I am able to ping the Windows XP computer by name and IP but any other computer on my home network I have to manually enter the IP address. I would like to be able to click on the network and see my home network there and also be able to connect to home network computers by their name, not IP address. Thanks for you help.
