I am trying to change the settings in the content section of Internet Options. I am unable to do this because I can't remember the password, or even if I created a password. That notwithstanding, I have tried to change the administrator and the passwords. That doesn't work. This all started when I went to a particular web site, it said the "content advisor" would not allow. I have never seen this before on my home computer. Can anyone help? If anymore info is needed, I will be happy to provide.

If you set a password for the Content Advisor and can't remember it,
the following steps will help you remove it:

    Start Regedit
    Go to H_KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Windows/Current Version/Policies/Ratings
    Delete the entry called Key

Glad it worked and thanks for letting me know.

As far as being any kind of "genius", you'll have to talk to my wife on that. Pretty sure she has her own opinions ;-)
