Windows XP wont recognize that any users are logged on

    Im using WinXP and in Windows Task Manager (CTRL+ALT+DELETE) it shows up with no usernames and also in Users no-one logged on. PLEASE HELP! Also it wont let me switch users any more because it doesn't recognize that any are logged on, i have to Log Off every time!
