    Hi everyone,

I wondered if it would be possible to create a shortcut in Windows XP to automatically zip a file?

For example I want to create a shortcut on my desktop that when double clicked will zip a file in 'My Documents' folder (ideally I want the shortcut to save the zipped file in drive A: too).

Is that pssible? Or do I have to use Windows Script Host?

    I hope anyone can help.

    Pennie

I'd create either a script, macro, or a batch file. Any would work..
