I have recently installed Windows XP. The creative products WEB CAM Go PLUS and Creative Sound Blaster Live sound card is not functioning properly. Do any one have driver update files or can help me out.

Do you have the cd's with the products that contain drivers? If not, try add new hardware device and see if it recognizes them- the drivers might be provided. Or just check the creative web site for drivers.

Have u tried looking on your driver disks for the Windows 2000 drivers, XP is an NT based system and so these should work

Unless the manufacturer of the hardware specifically says it works with Windows XP and provides the appropriate drivers, don't assume it will work. That's why you need to do research BEFORE upgrading.

There are no drivers for Windows XP for your device. There are some for Windows 2000 that you can try, but if they don't work, you'll have to either buy a new camera, not use it until they release drivers for Windows XP (they may never do so) or install an operating system that supports the device.

Also, installing drivers for the wrong operating system could cause irreparable damage to your operating system.
