I just re-intalled Windows 98SE on my computer, but when I go into the 'Add/Remove Programs Properties' dialogue box, Windows is not listed with the rest of the programs on the computer.
Does this mean that Windows is not completely installed? And if that is the case, how do I complete the installation?
    Thank you.

Windows does not list itself becuase it can't be uninstalled this way. If you upgrade and keep the the old systems files then it puts itself in ADD/Remove and you can restore to the previous version of Windows. To 'Uninstall" Windows you need to format the harddrive.

As you have already been advised, Windows does not list itself in the Add/Remove Programs list.

When you reinstalled Windows, did you allow it to reinstall itself in the same Windows directory, and not something like C:\WINDOWS.000?

If the Windows reinstall did not successfully complete, you would have known it during the setup process.
