Does anyone know of a good media player other than the common wmp,RealOne,Winamp?
it seems like Winamp takes too much memory whenever i use it, and i dont really like the new windows media, and RealOne just ticks me off most of the time. i know there's plenty of media players out there, but does anyone know of a good one they've used? i wanted mostly for AUDIO files.

    thanks in advance

personally I'm a fan of iTunes but it isn't exactly resource light.
A player I've seen mentioned in here more than a few times is VLC media player

VLC media player on Major Geeks

If you're looking for a Music Management application that has a player, database, tag editor, ripper and burner primarily for Mp3s, try MediaMonkey.

If you're looking for mainly a player try Quintessential Player. The basic player has a good look to it and there are over 300 different skins to choose from.

Light Allow is my favourite media player. It's fast, not big and pretty good program.
