windowsupdate- notifying illegal dll

    recently i install windows xp professional on my pc and today i try to installed service pack2 it notifies with an error stating: illegal system dll and when i try to run autopacther for updates it gives me this error
    Code:
    The system dll user32.dll was relocated in memory. the application will not run properly. the relocation occurred because teh dll C:\windows system32\shell32.dll occupied an address range reserved for windows system dlls, The vendor supplying the dll should be contacted for a new dll
    
    can you guys pliz help me out
