Windspread IE Issue-Cookies Not Saved After Unexpected Power Loss

    There has been a reported Widespread issue with IE 8, 9, and the new IE 10 that has still not been addressed by MS. This is on Windows XP, Vista, and 7 afaik. It seems that cookies are not holding for users in IE after an unexpected loss of power. This is a huge issue that I would invite the forum to research. It happens to me as well. and is one of the reasons I use Firefox:

    Other browsers retain cookies in this matter, so I don't know if this is a security issue with IE, or if IE does not know how to save cookies in unexpected power loss situations.
