WinFax Pro 9.0

For the past couple months, my company has been using all Windows 98 machines, including a regular workstation as a fax server using WinFax Pro 9.0. Today we bought a new machine with Windows 2000 Professional, and it will not connect to the 98 fax server. The error message says I need to create a user account on the host server using regacces.exe, which is not available in 98. So I tried making our file server (NT 4.0) a fax server, gave Everyone persmissions in regacces.exe, but nowhere does it tell me how to create a user account. Help?!

Rockn, thanks for the attempt, but I stated that I tried that already. Symantec's support website doesn't seem to be any help at all.
