I was playing an online game and got booted off. Tried to enter several times but unable to. Then Wins kept restarting. I also am unable to update Avira. So I'm posting my HijackThis log, hoping someone can help.

I am typing this on my gf's laptop. So now I am reinstalling Wins XP. Before this I kept having problems when playing Game Campus Shot Online. It would kick me out of a game or sometimes my computer would just reboot. I couldn't run Avira and couldn't update it so I uninstalled Avira, then reinstalled it and was able to update, but then I kept getting error messages. I tried to run Super Anti Spyware, but I couldn't open it. So then I downloaded Malwarebytes but couldn't open it to run it. I must have a really bad virus or something. I understand that even though I reinstalled Wins I still will need to clean my computer. Thanks for your help in advance.

I was able to download updates up to Wins SP 2. Now I can no longer access IE or Wins Updates. I keep getting the error report: Windows encountered a problem and needs to close. Error report 0xc0000005. Sys Info WINS NT 5.1, Module 1 iexplore.exe, Module 2 ntdll.dll, Module 3 kernel32.dll. Then the file listed is c:\DOCME~1\....

I was able to run Malwarebytes a couple of times but it showed nothing. Also it shows Avira is not activated, but when I look at my Security Center it says my Antivirus is on. Not sure what's going on now, but completely unable to get onto the internet now.

Sorry to bump my post again, but wondering if anyone can help. I've tried to do a few things since posting the first time with my problem. Seems to be running ok now, but this happened last time I reinstalled Wins, then my computer started running slow again, until everything froze and I could no longer access the internet or any applications. I know reinstalling is not the answer.

Same problem is happening. Half the time I log on and it shows my Avira anti-virus is off. I try 2 to 3 times to update, until it finally takes. Or I log on and I get the error message Avguard.exe needs to close. If I click on do not send error report, my computer goes to black, and then I have to reboot. I'll be playing shotonline and I am unable to access the internet. Sometimes I'll be in the middle of a game, then I'll get booted out and an error message pop ups up and says shotonline has encountered an error, whatever data you were working on may be lost, but I am able to get on the internet. Then once that happens it seems like a chain reaction of all this other stuff that starts to happen. I don't know if this is a virus, a wins update conflict problem with shot online. It seems whenever I renistall the game everything seems to go ok for a week, and then these problems happen again. It gets so bad sometimes that my whole system freezes, and then I have to reinstall windows which I've already done 2 times. I had someone install linux Ubuntu for me because of all this but then I stopped using it because I couldn't download this game.
