    Can I just interrupt this conversation.

    When you said:

    netsh int ip reset reset.log

    Is that written correctly? When I try to do it I get an error saying the syntax supplied for this command is wrong.

    What version/patch level of Windows are you running? Did you note that this is ONLY for XP-SP2 or Vista?
