    The specific error is

The logon user interface dll msgina failed to load

I also get several other error messages of dll's failing to load. Regarding msgina.dll, I found a lot of information regarding this and SP3, however I am running SP4. The only thing I did recently was uninstall Mozilla 1.3 and install Mozilla 1.5. It does the same thing in safe mode.

    Any suggestions?

    Try reinstalling SP4?

I can't reinstall anything since the OS won't load. After those error messages it forces you to restart. And I was only using SP4 as a reference, I have had it intalled for quite some time now.
