winword.exe!!!

    Help!
    I've been getting these annoying messages...

    winword generated errors and will be closed by windows. You must need to reinitiate the program
    an error log will be generated.

    .. and then word just closes itself out of the blue...
    I haven't installed anything for quite a while and neither done anything weird w/ my comp...

    here goes my log (which also seems to be quite clean)
    and I've already run spybot/ad aware.
